Admitted to NZ Stationary Hospital, Wisques, 12 November 1917 (diarrhoea); discharged to duty, and rejoined Bn, in the field, 4 December 1917. Admitted to No 3 NZ Field Ambulance, 10 December 1917 (diarrhoea: suspected dysentery); transferred to No 2 NZ Field Ambulance, 22 December 1917; rejoined Bn, in the field, 26 December 1917.
