Wounded in action, 7 June 1917 (gun shot wound, neck),and admitted to 77th Field Ambulance; transferred to 11th Casualty Clearing Station; to 55th General Hospital, Boulogne, 8 June 1917; to No 7 Convalescent Depot, Boulogne, 14 June 1917; discharged to No 3 Rest Camp, 21 June 1917; rejoined unit, in the field, 25 July 1917.
