Detached to Brigade School, 10 November 1917; rejoined unit from detachment, 16 November1917.

Admitted to 7th General Hospital, St Omer, 10 January 1918 (mumps, mild); discharged to Base Depot, 29 January 1918.

Transferred to 2nd Bn, Auckland Infantry Regiment, 22 February 1918.
