Found guilty, 19 August 1916, of being absent without leave, 14 August 1916: forfeited 1 days' pay.

Marched into NZ Command Depot, Codford, 15 August 1916.

Admitted to No 3 NZ General Hospital, Codford, 14 September 1916; transferred to NZ Convalescent Hospital, Hornchurch, 28 September 1916; to NX Command Depot, Codford, 20 October 1916.
