Transferred to England, 25 June 1916, and admitted to 2nd Eastern General Hospital, Brighton, 26 June 1916. Transferred to Woodcote Hospital, 11 July 1916; on leave, 3-18 October 1916. Admitted to No 3 NZ General Hospital, 15 November 1916 (bronchitis); discharged to NZ Command Depot, Codford, 6 December 1916.
