[Medical record stated: 'Invalided from Dardanelles on account of abrasions of knees through fall and sepses. Admitted here (County of London War Hospital) as Influenza which proved on examination to be paratyphoid.'] Attached to NZ Depot, Hornchurch, 17 February 1916. Admitted to NZ Command Depot, Hospital, Codford, 26 June 1916 (venereal disease); discharged from hospital, 21 July 1916.
