Military Medal 'During the operations in October and November 1918 C.Q.M. Thompson never failed to deliver rations to his Company. On numerous occasions this was difficult
work carried out under shell fire. At all times this Q.M.S. has performed his duties in a keen and most efficient manner and he has always placed the comfort and efficiency of his Company before all other consideration.'
