Transferred to 1st Brigade Headquarters, 27 April 1918. Admitted to 1/2 East Lancashire Field Ambulance, 18 June 1918 (accidental injury to right elbow), and transferred to 3rd Casualty Clearing Station; to Ambulance Train No 1, 19 June 1918, and admitted to 1st Australian General Hospital, Rouen, 20 June 1918; transferred to England, 25 June 1918, and admitted to No 1 NZ General Hospital, Brockenhurst, 26 June 1918; discharged to NZ Field Artillery Depot, Aldershot, 6 July 1918.
