Military Medal 'On the 31st August 1918 at H.20.a.9.3. near Biefvillers, during the heavy shelling of Headquarters Driver O?Neil voluntarily left his own shelter and went out and attended to a badly wounded man and got him away to a dressing station regardless of all danger to himself. On August 28th he did exactly the same thing on two occasions. This man has continually shown great devotion to his duty and
set a fine example to his comrades.'
