Admitted to No 2 NZ Field Ambulance, 24 December 1916 (pyrexia, unknown origin); transferred to No 1 Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 27 December 1916; transferred to No 13 General Hospital, Boulogne, 31 December 1916 (bronchitis).
