Admitted to 7th General Hospital, St Omer, 23 February 1918 (mumps: mild); transferred to No 7 Convalescent Depot, Boulogne, 16 March 1918; to No 10 Convalescent Depot, 25 March 1918; to Base Depot, 3 April 1918; marched out to No 2 Entrenching Bn, 10 June 1918; joined Bn, in the field, 11 June 1918.
