Evacuated to hospital, 5 August 1915 (diarrhoea); admitted to NZ General Hospital, Mena, 20 August 1915; transferred to Australia and New Zealand Base Depot, Mustapha, 8 September 1915; to Convalescent Depot, Mustapha, 20 September 1915; to No.2 Southern General Hospital, Bristol, England, 15 October 1915; marched into NZ Base Depot, Grey Towers, 18 March 1916.
