Admitted to HS 'Dongala', 30 November 1915 (dental caries); disembarked Alexandria, 4 December 1915; admitted to NZ General Hospital, Cairo, 5 December 1915 (pyorrhea); transferred to Aotea Convalescent Home, Heliopolis, 20 December 1915.
