Admitted to camp hospital, 18 March 1917 (influenza); discharged from camp hospital, 22 March 1917. Transferred to Awapuni Camp, Palmerston North, 2 April 1917. Proceeded overseas from Wellington with 25th Reinforcements on board HMNZT 'Tofua', 26 April 1917.
