Headquarters and in this capacity has unfailingly carried out his duties with the utmost satisfaction. He also acted as Q.M.S. for some weeks of this period and proved himself thoroughly equal to the extra strain imposed on him, maintaining a cheerful spirit throughout, and setting a fine example to the personnel of Brigade Headquarters.'
