Admitted to No 4 NZ Field Ambulance, 29 July 1917 (diarrhea), and transferred same day to No 2 Australian Casualty Clearing Station (colitis); to No 13 General Hospital, Boulogne 30 July 1917 (suspected dysentery); to No 14 Stationary Hospital, Boulogne, 31 July 1917 (ulcerative colitis).
