Transferred to Countess of Middlesex War Hospital, Napsbury, 6 August 1918 (delusional insanity).

Commenced return to New Zealand from Southampton on board 'Marama', 19 December 1918; discharged (no longer physically fit for War Service: delusional insanity), 28 March 1919.
