Found guilty, 23 June 1917, of being absent from Roll Call, 9 pm until 9.15 pm, 21 June: awarded 3 days' Field Punishment No 2. Found guilty, 9 July 1917, of falling out from trench improvement party without permission, 9 July 1917: awarded 7 days' Field Punishment No 2.
