Found guilty, 18 January 1917, of when on Active Service, of (1) breaking out of camp while a hospital patient at 6 am, 6 January 1917, and remaining absent until 4.30 pm 17 January 1917; (2) being on licensed premises while a hospital patient; (3) being in possession of khaki while a hospital patient; (4) failing to obey a direct order given by an NCO; (5) breaking into camp: awarded 168 hours' detention, and forfeited 2 days' pay.
