Military Medal 'On 10th June 1918, N.E. of Sailly au Bois he pushed forward his wagons through a heavy high explosive barrage and delivered the urgent material at its destination. A concentration was directed by the enemy on the locality but he personally off loaded the waggons. He showed daring leadership, coolness and initiative.'
