Reported missing, 12 October 1917.

Court of Enquiry, 17 November 1917, concluded: 'No evidence available. Taking into consideration the circumstances of the attack of 12th Oct 1917 t is reasonable to suppose the ab/nd was Killed in Action in the attack on Belle Vue Spur 12th Oct 1917.'
