Meritorious Service Medal 'For consistent devotion to duty. 9/1191 Armourer Sergeant Percival James Lister has done consistently good work as Armr. Sergeant of this Battalion. Possessing exceptional mechanical and good inventive ability, he has, in addition to his routine duties, designed and constructed several forms of apparatus intended to improve the handling of the Lewis Gun etc. He has been unsparing in his endeavours to keep efficient the arms and other mechanical appliances in use by the unit, working very long hours to do everything possible for the good of the Ordnance of the Battalion.'
