Court of Enquiry, 123 November 1917, concluded: 'No evidence available. Taking into consideration the circumstances of the attack of 12th October 1917 it is reasonable to suppose that the [?] was Killed in Action in the attack on Belle Vue Spur - 12th October 1917.'
