Admitted to NZ Convalescent Hospital, 7 July 1915 (gun shot wound, shoulder); transferred to Lady Godley's Home, Mustapha, 19 July 1915; returned to duty, Gallipoli, 28 July 1915.

Reported wounded, 8 August 1915; no trace England or Egypt (all enquiries made).
